Unsolicited Advice.

If you have done your share of healing and you introspect as often as you can, I would love to learn from you.

Because not only do you accept the fact that introspecting is essential in order to live a fulfilling life, but you also respect me and are wise enough to understand my point of view.

Sadly, not everyone's like that.

The unsolicited advice gang -- the haughty bunch who believe that their decisions are the best decisions, and anyone challenging or not following them are fools.

Don't get me wrong, I'm guilty of having given people advice when I should have remained silent, I'm no saint!

But the problem occurs when people do that ALL THE TIME! They sit on their high horse and judge the world, telling everyone how they should live, while their own life is up in flames!

I can understand this behavior coming from family members, close friends or people we confide in, but it is totally uncalled for coming from anyone else.

I'm not the type of person who will correct them on the spot, I'd rather just walk away quietly and write a blog post about it later, but that's on me -- I have learnt that some battles are best not being fought publicly or at all.

But oh, does it get on my nerves! So, here I am, hoping that these amazing people somehow read this post and realize that nobody is perfect, not even themselves, and that everyone is fighting their own battles, so it's best not to judge.

Live and let live, people!

Thank you for reading! Stay blessed!
